Las Vegas, NV, USA – May 1, 2023 – On Saturday, May 6 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm, Ahern Hotel will celebrate the Grand Opening of Ottimo Gourmet Kitchen and Pizzeria, Las Vegas’ new ultimate pizza destination.

Guests will be able to sample a variety of Chef Joel’s amazing recipes while enjoying live music and unlimited samplings of gourmet appetizers, specialty pizza and craft beer from Able Baker Brewery (wine or non-alcoholic beverages may be substituted upon request).

Able Baker Brewing of Las Vegas, NV, creator of finely crafted, premium quality beer with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavor profiles, will be at this exclusive event for a tap takeover, serving unlimited 5-oz tasters of their famous Able Baker craft beers, including crowd favorites: Atomic Duck, Hazy Morning Paddler, El Pato Loco, Honey Dip Stout, Mango Calutron Girl, and OUR-CHA-TA.

Able Baker’s Brewing selection is perfect for pairing with Chef Joel’s most popular culinary creations featured for this special occasion, including:

This event is age restricted for 21+ only. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Doors open at 5:30 pm, buffet opens at 6 pm, with the event ending at 7:30 pm. Ottimo Gourmet Kitchen & Pizzeria will be open for regular dinner service from 8 – 10 pm.
